Florida is the best US state to travel with kids.

For those who  usually do not have enough time to get acquainted with Disney World, there are more than 20 hotels in the park.

The Park is divided into 6 thematic zones:

HOLLYWOOD is an attraction that is dedicated to the world famous movie “Terminator”.

All visitors with the help of stereoscopic glasses will be able to meet the real Terminator.

Also in the HOLLYWOOD zone there is a real treasure for fans of horror stories, because theUniversal Horror Make-up Show is an attraction that is based on the plots of Universal horror films.

NEW YORK style=”font-weight: 400;”> – is divided, in turn, into two attractions: Revenge of the Mummy (Revenge of the Mummy) and Twister, Ride it out, which is dedicated to films about global disasters.

PRODUCTION CENTRAL – a place of rest for your children – is dedicated to the film about Shrek – Shrek and Donkey.

SAN FACTOR LIVE – Disaster attraction JAWS – “Jaws”, based on the plot of the famous painting of the same name

FEAR FACTOR LIVE – “Fear Factor”, a disaster attraction – everything from earthquakes to hurricanes and typhoons.

WOODY WOODPECKER’S KIDZONE – you will meet your beloved and adults and children cartoon character Woody Woodpecker (Woody).

Also in this zone there are interactive entertainment, water games, playgrounds filled with multi-colored soft balls of different sizes, where your kids can have fun with might and main.

WORLD EXPO is one of the most exciting parts of the park.

Here are attractions, the plot and action of which are based on famous films: “Man in black” – “People in Black”, “Back to the future” – “Back to the Future”.

Is Disney World Hurricane Proof?

No, Disney World is not Hurricane Proof.

It will be closed when a hurricane comes.

If you are caught by a hurricane  or tornado, you should immediately take cover in protective structures or shelters, in buildings.

If the elements caught you in an open area, you need to take cover in a ditch, pit, ravine or any recess, lie down on the bottom and cling tightly to the ground.

After hurricanes, storms, tornadoes, it is not recommended to enter damaged buildings without making sure that stairs, walls, ceilings are safe and that there are no significant damages.



How Safe is Disney World During a Hurricane?

Disney World is not safe during hurricanes.

Disney World takes all necessary precautions.

The hotels usually remain open, although services and amenities are provided on a case-by-case basis.

The Walt Disney Company, when hurricanes approach, always  announce the temporary closure of its largest amusement park, which is located in the state of Florida near the city of Orlando.

The water park,  campsites are closed during hurricanes and sporting events and other events are  usually canceled during hurricanes.

 When there is a hurricane, guests  who are staying at the Walt Disney World Resort are  always advised to stay indoors during the storm.

You can always ask the staff for additional security measures.

After Hurricanes Disney World  always resumes normal operations .



What Happens if a Hurricane Hits Disney?

If a hurricane hits Disney then the wind will destroy strong and demolish light amusement buildings,  will devastate fields,  will  break wires,  will knock down communication and power lines, will break and uproot trees.

Moreover, during a hurricane, storm or tornado,  you should beware of injuries from fragments of flying glass, slate, roofing iron, shop windows, billboards and other objects.

Hurricanes are accompanied by heavy rains, causing flooding and destruction of buildings and structures.

As for tornadoes, then it can tear off roofs, uproot trees, lift cars into the air, scatter poles, and destroy houses.

If you don’t take cover from a strong tornado in time, it can lift and throw a person from a height of the 10th floor, bring down flying objects, debris, and crush him in the ruins of a building.

The famous amusement park in Orlando has closed for only 9 times since it opened in 1971.

Last time Hurricane Matthew served as such a measure.

No, Disney World has never  been hit by a hurricane because it was closed for several days when hurricanes came.

After Hurricane ATM machines in Disney  World may not work, they may be closed immediately after the storm.

Credit card processing does not work if there is no electricity.
