These are my favorite things to do and beautiful places to visit on your next holiday to Shah Alam .
I-city, City of digital lights
This is what urbanization does to a landscape.
A very dull, monotonous technology park, with a lot of glass structures and a lot of economy being generated;
many geeks passing throughout the technology park, giving it a dull dead look!
And some lively soul had the idea to illuminate the place with over a million LEDs.
Apart from a big screen, which continuously shows movies on high resolution and has wonder full sound effects , there are forests of high multi colored trees and animals that move around, amazingly made of LEDs and their correct luminescence.
Large Cacti and huge peacocks, and indoor display of the Frostie wonderland, what more could you ask for?
Here in the Frostie wonderland, the Air conditioners are cranked up so that the lit up penguins and fairies can be maintained at ideal temperatures.
You cannot imagine the kind of joy your child would feel seeing his/ her favourite characters, so amazingly lit up, right in front of their eyes.
The lights are turned on just as the night is about to fall, and the schemes and the patterns are just a marvel.
Completely in sync with each other, these lights create dot to dot precision of the images and look like lights painted on a canvas.
There is an exclusive wax museum inside the I-city as well.
Eloquent in its genre, this wax museum is an interactive wax museum which spreads over a sprawling area of 30000 Square Feet.
It gives you a feel of an Oscar awards ceremony in progress.
The wax exhibits displayed are interactive with light and sound, utilizing the best that technology can offer.
This initiative was taken to create social awareness messages and influence the crowds in a very fun loving way.
The celebrities here interact with visitors and convey social and environmental messages.

This is the first art museum which has earned the reputation of being one of its kinds.
Any picture of a two dimension is tricked to become one in 3 D, using illusions.
Take a peek through the lens and you would be able to see the image in 3 D, just illusioned and magnified at the right angles.
There are some people who are still in awe of this experience in spite of having experienced this many times.
Snowalk- I city
The temperature is maintained at 5 degrees and below, and an environment with ice sculptures and rides, this Snowalk is the biggest in Malaysia.
