Plan a day with AI (free)

Three free plans a day. It only suggests places Travel Magma has written about, and never guesses opening hours or prices.

Day 1

    Day 2

      Day 3

Quick answer: name the trip, set its first day and number of days, then add each day’s stops, morning to evening. It stays on this device and in its link: share it, copy it into a document, or print it. The free AI planner suggests a whole day in 438 places Travel Magma has written about.

        How to use it

Name the trip, pick the first day (the days then show their dates) and how many days, from 1 to 14. Under each day, add a stop: when (morning, after lunch, 9:30, whatever suits you), what, and a note: the address, a booking number, who is driving. Move a stop up or down, or remove it. Everything is kept on this phone or computer and in the page’s address, so “Copy link” shares the trip as it is; a very long trip is too big for a link, and the page says so: copy it as text or print it instead. “New trip” clears it.

        The free AI day planner

Type a place, pick it from the list, choose the day to fill and, if you like, add a wish (“with kids”, “no museums”). The planner suggests a morning, an afternoon and an evening from the places Travel Magma’s own guides to that place describe, and nothing else: each suggestion links to the guide it came from, and you add the day to your trip with one tap. It never gives opening hours, days or prices: any sentence that mentions one is removed before you see it, so check those on each place’s own site. It is free, three plans a day on each device, and your wish is sent to the AI without your name.

Some of the places the planner knows

Each place’s stops are the sights its Travel Magma guides are written around.

        Worked examples

A long weekend in Chicago. Name it, set the first day to the Friday, 3 days. Ask the planner for a day in Chicago for Day 1 and add it; fill Day 2 yourself (a ball game, a friend’s dinner) and leave Day 3 for the drive home. Copy the link to whoever is coming.

A two-week trip for the fridge. 14 days, one line a day for the big moves (“Fly to Lisbon”, “Train to Porto”). Print it: each day is a heading with its date and its stops under it, nothing else from the page.

Into a shared document. “Copy as text” gives the trip as plain lines: the name, then “Day 1 · Sat, Oct 10” and a line per stop. Paste it into Google Docs, a note or an email.

        Common mistakes

        • Planning every hour. A day with four to seven stops leaves time to get between them; the AI planner suggests no more than that.
        • Trusting a plan for opening hours. The planner never gives them, and the times you type are yours: check each place’s own site.
        • Keeping the only copy in one browser. Copy the link, or the text, somewhere safe: a private window forgets it.

        FAQ

How do I make a travel itinerary?

Write the days down first, with their dates, then the stops of each day in order, morning to evening, with a note for what you must not forget. This page does it on screen: name the trip, set the days, add the stops, and share, copy or print it.

Is there a free travel itinerary template?

This one: free, nothing to download, no account. Print it for a paper copy, or copy it as text into Google Docs, Word or a note.

        Can AI plan my trip?

It can suggest a day. This planner builds one from Travel Magma’s own guides to the place, links each stop to its guide, and never gives opening hours or prices. You decide what goes into the trip.

How do I share my itinerary?

“Copy link” copies the page’s address with the whole trip in it: whoever opens it sees the same days and stops, and can change their own copy. A very long trip does not fit in a link; copy it as text instead.

What should a travel itinerary include?

The dates, where you sleep each night, how you get between places, and the stops of each day with the notes you will need on the spot: an address, a booking number, a meeting time.

        Is my itinerary saved?

On this device, in this browser, and in the link. The trip itself is never sent anywhere; asking the AI planner for a day sends only the place and your wish.
