Key West

offers more fun because of its bustling and energetic environment.

Both cities are scenic and are all located in Florida.

You may think we are comparing two cities that look the same, but there are many differences they have from each other.

To start with, Key West

is home to many shops, has an active nightlife, and has very busy streets.

is where you go if you want to relax in a laid-back environment.

You have to be decisive on the kind of activities you will like to engage in while in Florida.

The cost of straying in both Keys is almost the same.

Although the restaurants in Key Largo are more prestigious, both cities have a similar cost of food.

The cost of accommodation in hotels and engaging in activities in both cities are almost the same.

The cost of transportation to the Keys is their first major difference.

From many places in America, you can take a flight to Key West, although the flights route through Miami or Fort Lauderdale.

The airport in Key West is small, and that makes the cost of flight to be high.

Alternatively, from Miami, you can rent a car and drive down to Key West through the 160-mile road.

There is no airport in Key Largo, but getting there with your car from Miami International Airport is less than an hour’s drive.

From any part of America, you can get cheap flights to Miami.

From the airport you can rent a car for a round-trip and get around town, making it cheaper.

Sinking Sun Vs.

Setting Sun

Sunshine in Key West is a unique feature.

It looks like the sun rises from its shores and sinks into the ocean.

This is simply incredible, and worth beholding.

The sunset in Key Largo is beautiful also, but it lacks the sinking sun scenario of Key West.

The green flash of light

The green flash of light is another wonder by nature in Key West due to its atmospherics.

There is a party that goes on at Mallory Square every night.

The residents gather in their numbers to watch the sun as it vanishes into the waves, as hawkers and other locals display their wares as they sing, and fire jugglers demonstrate their act.

Many other acts add color to the memorable Keys affair.

My Thoughts

I prefer Key West for its fun activities.

Here is what I think of Key West and Key Largo regarding fun:

Key Largo is the destination of choice of those for those seeking pleasure because it has relaxing vibes and eccentric storefronts.

There is no how you will

visit Key Largo

and not enjoy at least one of its many beautiful shops.

Head on to Key West if your choice is things to do, activities to engage in, and places of interest to visit.

On the other hand, head on to Key Largo if you want a nice place to relax and outdoor activities to engage in during your vacation
