Fresno To Yosemite National Park By Train

To reach the Yosemite National Park by train from Fresno, take an Amtrak train that is bound to the town of Merced, California.

The travel duration between two towns is two hours and ten minutes. Amtrak provides at least four scheduled railway trips daily from Fresno to Yosemite.

From Merced, you have an option to take a cab or ride the bus that will bring you directly to the Yosemite National Park which may take an hour and 4 minutes. The railway fare can be purchased at US$25.

Fresno To Yosemite National Park By Bus

The total distance from the town of Fresno to Yosemite National Park is approximately 198 km. The travel duration is estimated at 2 hours and 47 minutes by bus transport (Amtrak). The bus ticket costs from US$19 to US$25 and departs from the town of Merced.

If you intend to drive all the way from Fresno to Yosemite, take Line HWY 140. The travel time is three hours.
