There are roads.

There are beautiful roads.

And there are very beautiful roads that you need to drive at least once in your life: in

Europe

, Asia,

North and South America

, Africa, Australia…

I chose the

most beautiful roads in Florida

and will tell you why they are interesting, not forgettable.

A road trip in a rented car along one of them will definitely be one of the best decisions you have ever made.

3 Best Road Trips in South Florida

Way towards Cape Canaveral, Way to Sarosta, Key West Way

In Florida, do not rent a more powerful car; instead, rent a car with a reclining top to not lose half the experience.

Therefore, every third car encountered in Florida will be a Ford Mustang, every fourth a Chevrolet Camaro.

The peninsula itself is downright conducive to traveling on it exclusively by car because you want to visit several cities at once and catch as much as possible.

Our journey started in

Miami.

When you hear about Florida, the first thing that comes to mind is

Miami.

Its beaches, unique decorative monuments, and multiculturalism make it a highly desirable city.

The weather is very good, and you will be happy to sunbathe on its many beaches.

After dark, luxurious nightclubs invite you to enjoy the rhythm of salsa, rumba, merengue, or urban pop music.

On the first day of the trip, we picked up our car at the Miami office and set off along the coast to the north.

Our first night was in a picturesque national park near

the city of Jupiter

.

After that, we headed to Cape Canaveral.

Heading towards Cape Canaveral is an amazing experience.

This is exactly the place where the launches of space rockets take place.

On the way by car, you can make a stop at any of

the hundreds of beaches.

The entire coast of this, one of the most heavenly places, merges into a single strip of white sand and blue waves.

An overnight stay right on the ocean is perhaps one of the brightest, most memorable experiences that will not leave you indifferent.

No hotel can compare to the open starry sky over the stretching ocean.

After we drove to the city of Lakeland

We were moving by car in the direction of the city of Lakeland.

One whole day we spent in the national park in nature.

Way to

Sarasota

The next destination is the city of Sarasota, which is located on the very beautiful coast of the Gulf of

Mexico and is undoubtedly considered

the pearl of the American state.

This is a place of sandy beaches, delicious oranges, and magnificent parks.

There we touched the very warm water of the Gulf of Mexico and met many exotic birds such as toucans and pelicans.

Any traveler, even without a car, tries to visit this city, at least for a short time.

City of Naples

On this day of travel, we stopped near the city of Naples.

This is one of the most prestigious cities in Florida and the entire US; it is a very quiet and peaceful place.

Here, the local people are in no hurry, as if stretching the pleasure received from each sunny day.

It is a place of chic, entertainment, long sandy beaches, clear blue waters, and botanical gardens.

In these gardens, you can enjoy magnificent animal views as well as see

free-swimming dolphins.

Naples generally offers an exotic look.

Our last beautiful road trip was to

Key West.

We set off towards the southernmost point of the USA—the city of Key West.

The road literally went along the sea.

We stayed in Key West for two nights.

The first thing we saw when we arrived on this paradise island was a seven-mile-long bridge.

This “sea route” is one of the most beautiful roads in America.

Traveling by car on this bridge will be remembered for a long time.

On the one hand, the island has everything: fishing and camping beaches; on the other, museums, bars, and entertainment in the city.

On the last day of the trip, we went to Miami to return our car.

The described segment took exactly one week, although now it seems that we spent two and a half weeks there, no less.

Many impressions, a great car, good weather—we will be back again, definitely!

What is Florida’s Most Scenic Drive?

The Grand Florida Road

Driving along the Grand Florida Road offers an excellent opportunity to enjoy wonderful places throughout Florida State.

Driving along the Grand Florida Road is a great opportunity for a family vacation.

On your way through this journey, you will explore places like Miami,

Cocoa,

and St.

Augustine.

The road can take 21 days, but drivers can definitely complete it in 15 days.

Of course, if you’re thrilled with the scenic beauty of what Florida has to offer, you can always extend your trip by road.

If you are interested in knowing about the time spent behind the wheel, then it will be about 2.

6 hours daily, and travelers will travel about 1996 miles.

I personally enjoyed the trip to

Everglades Park

.

The path to the Everglades National Park, where the

unique nature of South Florida

is at its very best.

This park is known for its scenic beauty.

A lot of animals and birds live here, and

alligators

feel at home here.

They can even be found along the road in the park area.

Every tourist, even those who are passing through Miami, tries to visit this place.

If you have not yet seen alligators at arm’s length, then in this famous US park you can definitely do so.
