SeaWorld of San Diego is the funnest thing to do in San Diego, followed by surfing on the beaches later on the day.
Situated on the coast Pacific Ocean in southern California, San Diego is the best place to make your holidays worthwhile.
It is considered as the eighth largest city of USA.
And of course it is the second largest city of California.
Not only myself but my stepson Nethan and of course my husband John also enjoyed the journey to San Diego to their best.
If you want to get rid of your busy life schedule and enter a place where you can bury all your problems &
sorrows and enjoy as much as you want, then San Diego is the best solution.
I can still feel the amusement I had there even after coming back from spending a quality time in San Diego.
My journey started with the SeaWorld of San Diego.
SeaWorld of San Diego
SeaWorld of San Diego is a marine mammal park where you can have a great time with your family and I must say that if you have kids, they will love you even more for taking them to such a wonderful place.
I’m glad that Nethan had a fantastic time there.
Dolphins, whales and cute furry sea creatures will catch your attention in no time.
You can see a lot of amusing shows once you enter there.
We loved watching the live show of sea lions.
We really enjoyed watching the dolphins.
Animals were not shy and they were not hiding when people were coming to see them.
We also saw many turtles at this amazing place.
It was educational but we had a great fun there too.
You will not be disappointed even a bit after enjoying the fantastic amusement here.
We decided to visit Balboa Park.
This was suggested by me.
I was too excited to visit it after looking at the photos of the park over the internet.
We used our car to drive and we were quite amused when we came around the area.
After passing the grounds you will be quite amused to see the fine architecture and the well maintained grounds.
John drove the vehicle right up to the valet parking.
Museum of the man can be seen on the left side from there and the other museums are located on the right.
We visited most of the museums and we were thrilled to see them as they were very fascinating.
The details were very educational indeed.
As we continued our walk to the fountain we were quite thrilled to see that there were several wedding parties and they were having pictures around the fountain.
My opinion is that it is a great place to spend the day.
If I lived nearby, I would go there in any bright sunny day and enjoy walking there.
San Diego zoo
Visiting the San Diego zoo made us all happy.
San Diego Zoo is a very large zoo where you can spend hours watching animals and the colorful surroundings.
The front gate of the zoo provided us the map.
We saw different kind of animals.
We loved the incredible flora and fauna of this zoo.
We saw the new baby panda that is out for a considerable amount of time every morning.
We got the opportunity to feed a rhino and Nethan was very amazed and thrilled to feed the rhino.
We saw so many volunteers around the area, willing to help the visitors and heading them in the right direction.
The zoo is very clean and very well maintained.
Don’t miss this zoo when you visit San Diego.
Cabrillo National Monument
Our next destination was Cabrillo National Monument.
I loved the visit very much.
You can see the ocean surrounding you if you come up to the hills and it is very fantastic scenery.
We were very lucky to see the dolphins and whales.
On a clear bright sunny day the beauty of the Cabrillo can’t be described in words. The educational staff at Cabrillo was very knowledgeable. E
ven the rangers knew exactly what they were doing. There can’t be a better way to spend your time than exploring history and the beauty of nature.
We spent the whole day there and we were not disappointed even a bit by deciding to visit the national monument.
Petco Park
I cannot forget our visit to Petco Park.
We were amazed to see the architectural magnificence of this park.
It’s an open-air ballpark where you can enjoy watching baseball games.
It has fine restaurants and the foods were very delicious indeed.
If you want to go for a family outing and enjoy a nice baseball game then Pecto Park is the best choice for you.
My husband and I are huge fans of baseball games and we visited the park twice during our San Diego tour.
We watched an amazing baseball game there.
Watching a baseball game in this park is much more exciting and entertaining than watching the same game on a television.
The view was great and fans were very cheerful.
The weather was great to watch the marvelous baseball game.
The seats were very comfortable.
We really enjoyed our visit to this park and I recommend this amazing park to all.
We also went to Sunset Cliffs during our visit to San Diego.
Actually, we wanted to watch the sunset views and some tourists who had been there the previous day suggested us this place.
I appreciate their suggestion because we watched the amazing sunset views from this place.
Nethan collected a lot of sea shells and we were thrilled to see crabs and sea anemones.
We took a lot of photos of us enjoying the visit and when I look at them I can memorize the whole amazement we had there.
This beach will make you feel like entering in a paradise and once you visit there time will just stop and you will forget to come back even after few long hours of visiting the beach.
La Jolla Shores
On our last day of the visit to San Diego, we decided to go to La Jolla Shores and I’m so glad we did. Weather was great. The water of the sea was very cold and the beach was not very crowded. We really enjoyed body boarding and playing around the area.
We rented boards from some local shops and I must say that they were very great and they were in a very good condition. I really enjoyed watching seagulls.
The way they try to get the food you have in your hands is very adorable. My stepson Nethan had a great time there. In my opinion, if you have kids and if you want to spend some quality time with your kids and family, you must go to La Jolla Shores.
I was a bit disappointed to come back after our wonderful visit to San Diego. I must say that if I had one wish to acquire, out of all I would choose to visit San Diego again. My whole body and mind was in a wonderful state during our visit.
I still remember the fresh air of San Diego. And for those who plan to take a wonderful holiday and forget your entire busy life schedule, you must definitely visit San Diego.
I must really thank my husband for organizing this amazing journey to San Diego and I feel that our relationship got really strong during our visit.
May be San Diego has this magic to clear all the stress from people’s minds and just remind people how wonderful life could be.
