  • ☐ Your valid passport Asked by CBP.
  • ☐ Proof of where you live: a driver’s license with your current address, or a mortgage statement, rental statement or utility bill Asked by CBP.

CBP, word for word

  • “To complete the interview via EoA, you must be in possession of the following documents: A valid passport.”
  • “If you travel using more than one passport, please bring them all to the interview so that the information can be added to your file.”
  • “Documents providing evidence of residency.”
  • “Examples are: driver’s license (if the address is current), mortgage statement, rental payment statement, utility bill, etc.”
  • “This is not required for minors.”
  • “A permanent resident card (if applicable).”

CBP’s own list from its Global Entry FAQ (the Internet Archive’s copy of 2026-09-29; cbp.gov refuses readers) and each enrollment center’s notes from CBP’s appointment system (read 2026-10-04). Centers change their notes: read your appointment letter too.

Quick answer: Bring your valid passport (every one you travel on), proof of where you live such as a driver’s license with your current address, and your permanent resident card if you have one. That is CBP’s own list. 110 of CBP’s 134 enrollment centers add their own requirements in their notes; pick yours above to see them.

How to use it

Pick where your interview is (Enrollment on Arrival when you land, or one of CBP’s enrollment centers), whether you are a U.S. citizen, a permanent resident or a citizen of another country, whether the applicant is under 18, how many passports you hold and whether you have ever been arrested. The checklist says who asks for each document; below it, your center’s own notes, word for word. Print it or save it as a PDF to take along.

CBP’s own list

CBP’s Global Entry FAQ gives the documents for an Enrollment on Arrival interview: To complete the interview via EoA, you must be in possession of the following documents: A valid passport. Examples are: driver’s license (if the address is current), mortgage statement, rental payment statement, utility bill, etc. This is not required for minors. A permanent resident card (if applicable). The enrollment centers ask for the same, and many add their own lines.
