CBP’s list of 134 open Global Entry enrollment centers (its appointment scheduler, read 2026-10-03) and 68 Enrollment on Arrival airports; places from GeoNames (CC BY) and OurAirports. Book in your TTP account.
Quick answer: CBP lists 134 open Global Entry enrollment centers: 83 at airports, 33 at land border crossings and 18 at other offices. Type your town to see the nearest, with the address and any hours CBP gives, plus the 68 Enrollment on Arrival airports, where a conditionally approved applicant interviews without an appointment.
How to use it
Type your town and pick it, type a latitude and longitude, or tap Use my location. Choose any center, airports only or land borders only, and whether you are applying for the first time or renewing. The nearest centers are listed with the miles and direction; open one for its address, the programs it enrolls and CBP’s own words on its hours and walk-ins. Book the interview in your TTP account.
What CBP says about the interview
In-person interviews are required for first-time enrollment
(CBP, “Global Entry”). Your Global Entry enrollment interview can be completed without the need to schedule an appointment at an Enrollment Center.
Enrollment on Arrival (EoA) is CBP process that allows Global Entry applicants who are conditionally approved to complete their interviews upon arrival into the United States
Only those who are entering the U.S. Customs and Border Protection area after arriving from an international flight can participate in EoA.
Renewing is different: An interview for program membership renewal may not be necessary.
Now you can renew your Global Entry, NEXUS, or SENTRI membership right from home with the remote interview process.
Some renewing Global Entry members who are conditionally approved are eligible to participate in the pilot.
Where the centers are
Most are inside airports; the rest sit at land crossings on the Canadian and Mexican borders, where many also enroll NEXUS or SENTRI, and at a few CBP offices downtown. 4 are outside the United States. The states with the most:
| State | Centers | At airports | At land borders |
|---|---|---|---|
| Texas | 13 | 5 | 7 |
| New York | 11 | 2 | 7 |
| Florida | 9 | 7 | 0 |
| California | 6 | 4 | 2 |
| Illinois | 6 | 6 | 0 |
| Arizona | 5 | 2 | 3 |
| Michigan | 5 | 1 | 4 |
| Minnesota | 5 | 2 | 3 |
CBP’s own listing gives hours for 17 of the 134 and a walk-in rule for 36; for the rest, the scheduler shows the open times. Only CBP’s words are quoted here.

Common mistakes
- Booking before you are conditionally approved: the interview comes after CBP’s first review, in your TTP account.
- Driving far for a first interview when you are about to fly abroad: Enrollment on Arrival lets you interview when you come back, with no appointment.
- Booking an interview to renew: CBP may not need one, and some renewing members interview by video.
- Assuming walk-ins: many centers say plainly they take none.
