You will spend half of the time you would have if you had used a car.
Going there by car will take you about 2 hours.
If you are looking for driving directions from the airport, do not go for Interstate 75.
Below are the directions you will follow to get to your destination quickly and safely.
If you are going to Treeline Avenue, and intend to go north to Daniels Parkway from the Southwest Florida International Airport, follow the Terminal Access Road.
If you are going west to Daniels Parkway, turn left.
If you are going south to Ben C Griffin Six Mile Cypress Parkway, turn right.
At a point, the name of the road will change to Gladiolus Drive.
Turn left to get to Summerlin Road when you have gone over the ramp.
Turn west to go to Sanibel Causeway.
As you travel along Summerlin Road, at a point, it will change to McGregor Boulevard, but you will not take note of it.
Proceed to
Sanibel Island

If you reach the four-way stop, go west by turning right on Periwinkle Way.
When you get to Palm Ridge Road, turn right.
When you reach the stop sign, continue moving straight to Sanibel-Captiva Road.
