A deeded easement is included in every deeded access, but in some cases, a deeded easement may give the right to use a property but exclude the right of access.

When a house is bought or sold, its title is transferred from the seller to the buyer through a property deed.

The following facts will be clearly stated in the legal document: the ownership interest, the location of the house, the interest transferred, the buyer’s name, and the seller’s name.

This deed is registered in the jurisdiction to enable anyone that has an interest in the property to look it up to see who the owner is, and the kind of mortgage and easements it has.

The San Francisco Assessor-Recorder’s Office is located in City Hall.

That is where all the property deeds in the city are registered.

An easement is an interest in the property, which is why it is transferable by a deed.

This is its primary purpose.

You will see the easement registered deed if you search title to a property at the Recorder’s Office.
