Wonderworks Orlando: Where Imagination Meets Adventure

View More ->

Today we are going to the world of adventure and entertainment, to hot Florida, to the city that calls to childhood.

Yes!

We’re heading to Orlando!

And if not for Walt Disney, who decided to turn the swampy land of the state into the magnificent world of dreams and fantasy of Walt Disney World, who knows if it would have become famous all over the world?

Today, Orlando is one of the fastest-growing cities in the world.

And until the middle of the last century, it was just a small settlement.

The brilliant idea of the great animator Walt Disney turned Orlando’s life upside down.

How Long Does it Take to Go Through WonderWorks Orlando?

In general, it takes 5–6 days to go through WonderWorks.

Before going to Orlando, book a hotel, transportation, and tickets.

This is a recommendation if you still do not know where you will live.

If you have a car and you already know where you will live, then decide which parks you will visit and select tickets based on this.

Is WonderWorks Cool for Adults?

Yes!

This park, like Disney cartoons, makes our imagination a reality, transferring us to the magical world of fairy tales and miracles.
Over the years, the park has retained its original purpose, namely, to be a place where all family members can have a wonderful time together and enjoy a clean, cozy, and festive atmosphere.

Entering the park, you instantly feel like a child in a fairy tale.

All these fairy-tale characters, cartoon characters, beautiful houses, constantly playing cheerful music, carnivals, and fireworks—all this plunges you into the atmosphere of a constant holiday.

What is Inside WonderWorks?

The park is divided into sections, in the center of which is the charming castle of Cinderella.

In the Magic Kingdom, you can choose an attraction for every taste.

In one of them, for example, the history of the Wild West comes to life, with castles where ghosts are found and a paddle steamer on which Mark Twain traveled.

Cowboys, Indians, and saloons will take you back to the middle of the 19th century, and you will have the opportunity to visit the island of Tom Sawyer and the fort, where figures are displayed—exact copies of people who can be shot with a toy gun.
Or you can go on a journey through the jungle, swim along an unusual river, see wild animals, and get acquainted with the pirates of the Caribbean.

Or visit a variety show from the good old days—the Diamond Horseshoe Revue—and the Presidential Hall (the Hall of Presidents), where the great people of past eras address the audience, so believable, as if alive.

Thrill-seekers can visit the Singing Mountain attraction, where from a height of 49 feet they fall on a boat into a bottomless abyss; or take a ride on the Space Mountain roller coaster in total darkness; or “Thunder Mountain”—in trolleys through the ruined mine.
Everyone will be interested in rides based on Disney cartoons about Aladdin, Winnie the Pooh, Snow White, etc.

Well-known attractions are constantly being upgraded; completely new ones come to replace the old ones.

So even the regulars of the park will always meet here with surprises.

There are also many restaurants, cafes, and shops with gifts and souvenirs.

And brightly costumed parades will leave a lot of impressions for you and your children, with an unimaginable variety of animated Disney cartoon characters.

What are the fabulous parties with gorgeous fireworks in the evenings?

The end time often coincides with the launch of the fireworks, which take place in various Disney parks and can be observed from the Disney World Center (the usual start times for fireworks are at 9 and 10 p.m.

and at 12 a.m.).

How Many Levels Are in WonderWorks?

It has four levels.

The top floor is the arcade and rope course.

WonderWorks includes four parks: Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot.

Keep in mind that they are located quite far from each other and have separate entrances.

How to move between parks is a separate issue for study.

Somewhere there is a monorail, and somewhere branded Disney buses run.

As far as I understand, for residents of Disney hotels, they are free; for the rest, they cost money.

And if you are by car, there is no point in moving between parks inside.

You will have to return to the parking lot somehow!

How Long Do You Spend at WonderWorks?

Five days would be more than enough.

I would advise taking a timeout after 2–3 days.

Last time we did this, we spent 2 days at Disney, 1 day at a water park, and another 2 days at Universal.

The parks in Orlando belong to three different “empires”: Disney, Universal, and Budweiser.

The more days you spend in the parks of the same “empire”, the cheaper the tickets.

This is especially true for Disney.

In general, tickets to Universal are cheaper.

And tickets may include free admission to the water park.

It’s hard to give advice here; you need to study the current offers on the sites and plan where you want to go.

And you can buy tickets with a bunch of privileges right in Orlando.

The main thing is not to run into scammers.

The price may be discounted, but not more than 40%.

Disney should give you new cards and print a ticket with a barcode.

At Universal, there are just tickets with a barcode.

In no case do you settle for someone else’s tickets with the remaining validity period!

The ticket is tied to a fingerprint on the first visit.

Therefore, someone else’s ticket will not work.

Is Parking Free at WonderWorks Orlando?

No.

If you are by car, you can leave and enter the parks any number of times a day; you need to pay only on the first entry.

The next day, again pay for parking.

Do You Need Socks for WonderWorks?

Yes.

Wonder Works is a shoe-free facility.

All visitors must wear socks.

Many socks are available for purchase.

Does WonderWorks Have Roller Coasters?

Of course, as in any other park, there are also various attractions, dizzying carousels, and breathtaking roller coasters with the themes of Atlantis and the Arctic.

I suggest you go to the Epcot Center right away.

One of the most famous and visited Disney World parks in Orlando is the experimental city of the future, known as the Epcot Center, which is dedicated to international culture and technological innovation.

EPCOT is divided into two parts: “World of the Future” (a time machine, spaceship, and Earth), a journey into the imagination, and “Showcase of the World” (pavilions of countries and people of the world).

In the main pavilion, “World of the Future,” you can get in touch with the latest technologies of the third millennium.

This park combines exciting rides, slides, and futuristic ideals.

You will be able to visit dazzling shows and exciting rides.

There are also attractions where you can ride a racing car, see dinosaurs, and “visit” inside the human body.
