There are so many walls that are designed to beat your imagination, some of these walls are built in ancient times and they are still standing tall and proud. When some of these walls were built, they were used as defense or even to make borders. The ancient has come and gone with these walls finding new functions in tourism.

Every year, these walls attract millions of visitors from around the world. We have highlighted some of these walls for you to see and even be attracted to visit. These walls are now some of the world’s famous tourists’ centers that people come.

The walls including its gate was designed from blue glazed tiles, and it had a lot of alternating rows of bas-relief aurochs and dragons. Saddam Hussein wanted was the one who had started the restoration of the walls including the new constructions that are seen on the ruins.

This is a series of walls that are situated in the Peljesac peninsula, southern Croatia. This is a 3.5 mile wall that links the two towns of Mali Ston and Ston. It was built at the narrowest point of the peninsula, that is before joining the mainland. This was the second line of defence for the city of Dubrovnik. It also protected the precious salt pans and is Europe’s second longest wall, and it is one of the most famous walls in the world.

It was built from black basalt rock on the outside from Karacagad volcano that is extinct, with the brickwork structure that has storage rooms and barracks. This is the second largest walls in the world.

In the northern outskirts in Cuso, Peru is where Sacsayhuaman is located . It was once known as the capital of the Inca Empire. This is a UNESCO World Heritage that is designed with large polished stone walls. The Cusco is designed as a puma shape and the Sacsayhuaman’s walls symbolized the zigzagged walls that looks like the teeth and the head. There are three parallel walls are huge.

The Great Zimbabwe was once a city in Zimbabwe that is located in the stony ruins that is over the modern Zimbabwe. It was during the Late Iron Age of Zimbabwe that it was the capital. It has a great edifice, the ruins and the Great Enclosure. It is the most magnificent structure in the south of the Sahara and very popular.
